About KKHSOU Study Centre
Lala Rural College acts as a recognised Study Centre of Krishna Kanta Handiqui State Open University (KKHSOU). The Study Centre provides learner support services, counselling sessions, library facilities, computer facilities and academic guidance for students enrolled under KKHSOU programmes.
The MoU between Lala Rural College and KKHSOU defines the responsibilities of the college as a host institution and the university as the academic authority for open and distance learning programmes.

MoU Highlights
As per the MoU, Lala Rural College shall admit learners on behalf of KKHSOU, provide space for the Study Centre, arrange counselling sessions, extend library facilities, provide laboratory and computer facilities where required, convey university instructions to learners, maintain a notice board and follow norms laid down for study centres.
KKHSOU shall provide Self Learning Materials, academic support, administrative guidance and other assistance required for smooth functioning of the Study Centre.
