Annual Sports Day

  The Annual Sports Day of Lala Rural College is celebrated every year with active
  participation from students. Events include running, high jump, long jump, cricket,
  badminton, carrom, chess, volleyball and various other indoor and outdoor games.
  The celebration promotes sportsmanship, leadership, teamwork, discipline and healthy
  competition among students.

FYUG Arts | Sepak Takraw Achievement

Lala Rural College proudly highlights the achievement of H. Sanjita Singha of FYUG Arts, who brought honour to the institution through her performance in Sepak Takraw. The college celebrates such achievements as an inspiration for all students to participate in sports at higher levels.

The college has also achieved recognition in Sepak Takraw, including a silver achievement at the Asia level, reflecting the growing sporting culture and dedication of students.

MoU with DSA Hailakandi for Hockey
