About IIC

The Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) was launched in 2018 by the Ministry of Education (MoE) through the Innovation Cell (MIC) in collaboration with AICTE. Its aim is to systematically foster a culture of innovation and a startup ecosystem in Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs).

• Identify and reward innovations
• Organize workshops, seminars, investor & mentor interactions
• Networking with peers and national entrepreneurship bodies
• Organize hackathons, idea competitions, mini-challenges
